  Called the Police!! Very disappointing change of service... we’ve been customer for over 7years, including all family members and friends we’ve referred. A few months ago, our car has been hit by one of his customer with major damage to the rear door (had to be completely replaced). He did not want to use his insurance and asked us to be involved, where we were not even present at time or place of the accident. After a long process, we got or car back. Still, the windscreen had a huge crack from the impact, which we had to fix on our own cost (Suun falsely promised to pay the amount after, or to reduce the price for future repair - never happened!). Another issue arose from the accident, which was a light indicating a faulty Airbag. At that time he said that it is „not a problem“ and that he can fix it - so we kept on driving.
  Now, we are about to sell the car and looked for RWC approval involving him. Suun looked at the car and has quoted us $1200 for the repair including the airbag, in order to ge the RWC. His words: „you bring the $900 and when you pick up the car you pay the rest $300“. We got very curious and knowing that RWC costs only around $100, we’ve decited to get a second opinion. Additionally, he threatened us, that we are not able to get any RWC in QLD for 3months, since we’ve started the process with him already.
  Our second opinion got us the RWC for $110 including minor repairs.
  When we returned to Suun and told him that we got the RWC somewhere else, we also asked for the promised refund of the $200 for the (in his shop/responsibility) broken windscreen. He grabbed my psrtners arm and pushed him out of his shop, shouting and telling us that he was a policeman in Korea. We called the police and explained the situation to keep this as record for the future. Sadly, David had to whiteness his business partners’ lack of honesty and we hope that all future customer will still ask for David (best of luck to him).
  Otherwise, you should be prepared to keep a good record of everything Suun does, says and make sure you do your research on prices.
  Never ever again... also for the rest of our family and friends.
